New agreement to support company’s initiative to sponsor up-and-coming stars

POWAY, CA—May 4, 2015—TMS Titanium has entered into a partnership with 17-year-old Alex Taylor, the youngest person to ever compete in Drag Week. This partnership demonstrates TMS Titanium's commitment to supporting up-and-coming drivers in the auto racing industry, and will begin with a celebratory kick-off at the IHRA Nitro Jam Summer Nationals in Cordova, IL, commencing May 29th.

Alex Taylor
Alex Taylor grew up around cars and developed a passion for racing at the tender age of ten. In 2013 at age sixteen she became the youngest driver to ever participate in Hot Rod Magazine's Drag Week, running in the 11's in her 1968 Camaro daily driver that she, her mom and dad built. During the event, she was selected to do a TV spot on Fox News with Australian, John Faraone and Hot Rod Magazine’s Mike Finnegan. Soon after, Taylor earned her NHRA license and was certified as a Holley EFI technician. Her fastest career time currently stands at 9.06. Taylor and her notorious car, “Badmaro” were also recently featured in videos for 1320video and Hot Rod Magazine.
